1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pawly mobile application (the “App”) provided by Faruk Albayrak (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
Pawly is a personal pet care journal for dogs and cats. You can schedule care, log health notes, use widgets and Live Activities, and export a Vet Pack summary. Care content is stored primarily on your device. Analytics and crash reporting (Firebase) are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. No veterinary advice
The App is for personal organization only. Nothing in the App constitutes veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health decisions. We do not guarantee any health outcome.
4. Accounts and eligibility
The App may use anonymous authentication for optional sync. You must be able to accept these Terms under the laws of your country (or have a parent/guardian’s consent where required). The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live).
5. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require Pawly Premium, an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the App / App Store at purchase time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Product ID: com.pawly.care.ios.monthly. Entitlement managed via RevenueCat (premium).
Soft access model: you may browse free surfaces after onboarding; checking off care and saving new logs may require Premium.
6. Your content
You retain rights to the pet information and logs you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for having any rights needed to upload photos. You grant us a limited license to process content solely to operate the App (including optional sync and PDF export on your device).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The App, name, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App.
9. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or pet-related outcomes arising from use of the App.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
