Delete your account

Apple App Store requirement — permanent deletion path.

In the app (preferred)

1. Open WordAce → Profile.
2. Tap Delete account (the button is localized in your app language).
3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone and there is no cancel window.

By email

Send from the email linked to your Sign in with Apple / account to veloratechsystems@gmail.com with subject WordAce Account Deletion and your username. Email requests are completed as soon as we can verify the account.

What we delete

• Profile, auth tokens, friends, chat, push tokens, feedback, and inventory.
• Matches you played in are deleted (including the opponent’s copy of that match).

What may remain

Store purchase records needed for fraud and accounting (transaction IDs, without your profile) may stay. WordAce Club stays in Apple subscriptions and keeps billing until you cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed after we verify the account, usually within a few days.
