Delete your account

Apple App Store requirement — permanent deletion path.

In the app (preferred)

1. Open WordAce → Profile.
2. Tap Delete account (the button is localized in your app language).
3. Confirm. Deletion is queued; you can cancel from the same screen until it completes.

By email

Send from the email linked to your Sign in with Apple / account to veloratechsystems@gmail.com with subject WordAce Account Deletion and your username.

What we delete

• Profile, auth tokens, friends, chat threads you own, push tokens.
• Active match participation is resigned/closed; historical match rows may be anonymized.

Timing

We complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days of a verified request. Some security/accounting logs may remain longer where legally required.
